Why this event

A Procurement Movement Driving Strategic Outcomes

Cloud, software and AI commitments are some of the biggest, most complex financial decisions an enterprise makes. Historically, procurement hasn't been in the room when these decisions are made. Finance and the C-suite set the terms. Sourcing is brought in after, left to deal with a commitment they had no say in.

That's changing. Cloud marketplaces and AI are creating a new kind of visibility into spend, usage and governance - and with it, a seat at the table for procurement and finance leaders who can connect that data and insights to business priorities in real time.

The Flywl Golf & Wine Invitational brings together the leaders navigating and making that shift now. You'll hear directly from peers - including Michael van Keulen and Linda Siegert - on how they've made this move already. You will up-level your career with a clear approach and the tech to do it in your own organization.

The next procurement model is being built now. The question is whether you'll help drive it - or inherit it later.

Agenda

Strategic Conversations Deserve the “Right” Setting

  • The welcome reception
  • Hosted meals and refreshments during the event
  • Your choice of the championship golf or winery experience

Do I need to play golf?

No. Guests may choose between the championship golf experience and the private winery experience. The golf experience is open to players of all skill levels, while the winery experience offers a curated afternoon of wine, hospitality and conversation in Napa Valley.

Are rental clubs available?

Yes. Rental clubs will be available for guests who request them in advance. Approved attendees will be asked to provide club preferences and any additional golf information when completing their event registration.

Can I bring a guest or colleague?

Invitations are issued individually and are not automatically transferable or extended to guests. A colleague who fits the event audience may submit a separate request to attend. Please contact the Flywl event team before forwarding or transferring an invitation so availability and eligibility can be confirmed.

Is transportation provided for the winery experience?

Yes. Round-trip transportation will be provided between the official event venue and the scheduled winery experiences. Guests should plan to arrive at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Final transportation details will be included in the attendee guide.

What is the dress code?

The event dress code is elevated resort casual. For executive sessions, receptions and meals, we recommend polished business-casual or resort attire. Golf participants should wear standard golf attire and appropriate footwear. Winery participants should choose comfortable clothing and shoes suitable for walking on vineyard grounds. A more detailed packing and dress guide will be shared with confirmed attendees.

Flywl is committed to creating an accessible and welcoming experience for every guest. Please email the Flywl event team at info@flywl.com with any accessibility requirements, mobility needs, dietary restrictions or allergies. Sharing these as early as possible lets us confirm arrangements with Silverado Resort and our winery partners in advance.
